FOUNDER'S PHILOSOPHY
Nearly three decades in the recycling industry have taught me much more than how to buy and sell recyclable materials. The journey taught me about nature, the environment, people, business, money, value and unfair practices. I started by learning recycling from its roots. That experience allowed me to understand the challenges faced by both sellers and buyers. Over the years, I realised that simply offering the highest price does not necessarily mean the customer will receive the highest final value. This led me to study the weaknesses and loopholes that can occur within recycling transactions and develop the idea of providing an independent recycling consultancy service. My aim is to make recycling easier and more transparent for everyone. Customers should be able to understand the potential value of their recyclable materials and make informed decisions before selling them. At the same time, business cannot exist without responsibility toward the environment. The future will bring another major change. Artificial intelligence and human experience will increasingly work together. My vision is for NIVOM to be part of that future—using genuine human experience together with intelligent technology to make recycling easier, more transparent and more responsible. Most importantly, we must leave future generations a planet worth protecting.
